CWR currently has four board members. All are from the United States.
Pastor Martin Kaarre
currently living in Eureka, Montana, holds a bachelor degree in education from Concordia College and a Masters of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Marty currently is also president of Athelas Ministries.
Dan Doran
from Hastings, Michigan, holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in music performance and is certified to teach in Michigan and Florida. He is currently a middle school band teacher in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area.
Sean Doran
Williamsburg, Michigan, holds an Associate Degree in Engineering, a Bachelor in Business Administration and an MBA, with a concentration in finance. He is currently employed as a region manager in plastics systems sales.
Matt Aves, Traverse City, Michigan, is a sole proprietor, and manages a stone masonry business operating in Michigan.
The entire team of CWR believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
